King and Drury have been appointed to deliver this large-scale build, within the stunning Chichester Harbour Conservancy. 

​

With the use of both traditional and modern materials, this new build home really is one of a kind. Natural stone is used one the outer skin of the building, with a zinc and slate roof, aluminium glazed windows and a ground source heat pump to heat both the main house and the swimming pool. 

​

The construction of this beautiful six bedroom house, also includes a gym, wine room, cinema room, outdoor swimming pool and pool house.
