As an award-winning construction company based in Chichester, West Sussex, we have built a reputation for building high-end bespoke residential and commercial properties for both client commissions and our own speculative developments.
Working alongside commercial investors and home owners, we have delivered a multitude of projects from restoration work through to new build commercial accommodation blocks.
Our Story...
James King and James Drury became friends at university where they shared the same ambition for building beautiful homes. Having both forged a career with a national house builder in site management and quantity surveying, they set about joining forces in 2013 and established King and Drury Construction.
Since then, King and Drury have grown considerably as a business, with a successful team of people all working together to complete many prestigious builds and win multiple awards.
