A compilation of projects completed by King and Drury with swimming pools. King and Drury have installed pools at the majority of the high-end residential projects carried out. These range from a 25m training pool to a small intimate pool with jacuzzi.

Making the most of the stunning views, King and Drury were contracted to convert a 1930's dated home, into a relaxing beachfront getaway. The ground floor was reconfigured to create a large sociable living space and maximise the sea view. Using wood highlights to give a lodge type feel, set against Crittall windows and soft neutral render, this home was transformed into a seafront haven. King and Drury construction, worked alongside architect Nick Hebden to redesign this 1960's high-end property. The scheme includes a complete refurbishment of the current house to create a stunning contemporary home. 2023 saw the completion of the pool house by King and Drury. It includes a stunning indoor pool, games room and terrace and finishes off the property perfectly. Andy Stedman Design have worked their magic to produce a landscape package which will transform the surrounding areas of the house and compliment the new architectural design. The new West Wittering Lifeguard Station is an exciting project for the local area situated on one of the most popular beaches on the south coast. The site was purchased by @MetamorphManagement, and planning was granted in 2019 to sympathetically convert the failing and dilapidated hotel into 27 apartments and a restaurant, across 3 phases. In collaboration with @randelldesigngroup and Metamorph, we are all incredibly proud of our team's work and dedication to restore The Royal from disrepair and vacancy, into beautiful contemporary apartments with stunning views! An exemplar 10 bedroom building for Dementia care was carefully constructed using SIPS timber frame, aluminium windows, air source heat pumps and a contemporary zinc roof. The Gables sits within the listed building site and continues to use the 'homestyle' model, giving it a homely feel for the residents. ​ Using the best materials and technology, this contemporary building was built to the very best standards, creating an exceptional addition to the listed site.
