King and Drury constructed this unique new build, replacement house that stands within an area of outstanding natural beauty.

With the nearby harbour, South Downs and surrounding meadows, this house has been designed to maximise the surrounding views, and compliment them, by using a neutral palette of Danish brick, cedar timber, and zinc roof on the main house, with green (eco) roof over the swimming pool.

The construction of this waterfront property also involves an impressive civil engineering approach to create a stunning basement area, built below sea level.
