Key Responsibilities:
 

• Manage site operations and coordinate subcontractors

• Ensure projects are completed to the highest quality

• Maintain health & safety compliance on-site

• Liaise with clients, architects, and project teams

• Monitor progress and resolve any on-site challenges

 

Requirements:
 

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in high-end residential construction

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and subcontractors

• Knowledge of UK building regulations and H&S standards
