13th Century Manor House Renovation

King and Drury are excited to undertake the heritage renovation of the iconic Manor house in West Wittering on the south coast.

This project is not only a labour of love but also an essential effort to preserve the legacy of this historic estate. This Grade II* Listed property with a chapel and tower Scheduled Monuments has a rich archaeological, architectural, and cultural history and the work being carried out breathes new life into its structure whilst honouring the estate’s rich history.

This Historic England home dates from the 13th century, although much of it was rebuilt in the 16th century, and a building on this site has been in use since the 12th century.

The completed restoration will artfully juxtapose old and new, with bespoke finishes and modern comforts that enhance the Manor’s timeless charm.

With careful attention to every detail, from preserving original architectural features to crafting sympathetic updates, our team is committed to delivering a renovation that respects the Manor’s heritage while creating a space that feels both contemporary and lasting.
