Extensive Refurbishment.
King and Drury transformed this 1970's home to accommodate a growing family and create an open plan ground floor, with real a wow factor.
A steel frame spanning the width of the entire building was constructed to produce the open plan kitchen and lounge.
Special care was taken to support the whole rear of façade of the building so that the structural work could be carried out.
The space inside the house is un recognisable and the transformation has changed the look and feel of the home, giving the clients the space they craved.
