King and Drury purchased this property and set out to gain further planning for the rest of the 'Orchard Barn development'.

 

The original house went through a thorough renovation and extension, with the house now benefitting from increased insulation, underfloor heating and an integrated home audio system.

 

The kitchen is the heart of the home and is open to the dining area and orangery - creating a contemporary and spacious living space.
