Ashley House, Butlin's Staff Accomodation

King and Drury were contracted to build a commercial accommodation block for Butlin's staff in Bognor Regis.

 

The building is to sleep thirty staff and includes three communal kitchens and twelve shared bathrooms. We chose a timber frame construction as this allowed us to complete the build from start to finish in six months.

 

The finished building is proof that you can have speed and quality when you adopt a well-planned construction schedule and a timber frame package.
