After Care Service

Our aim is to make the build process as easy and stress free as possible. Our team will cater to own requests to make sure that we deliver on your expectations. We also understand the importance of communicating with neighbours and committees.

Having carried out a large number of projects within private estates, our managers have provided newsletters, face to face meetings and even carried out duties on behalf of various committees to help maintain great relationships despite the inconvenience construction can cause. Our goal is that your neighbours become King and Drury ambassadors before you step foot in your new property.

Once the construction team have left and you take back the keys our relationship continues.

We have a dedicated aftercare team that look after you and your property during the defects liability period (duration subject to contract) long after you take back possession. 

​

We can offer extended warranty periods. Maintenance schedules or simply a number to call to have small works carried out long after the project has been delivered. Many clients like the convenience of calling one number, and we like to have the opportunity to keep past projects looking their best.
