The Royal Hotel, Bognor Regis
In 2019, The Royal Hotel in Bognor Regis was purchased by Metamorph Management, and planning was granted to sympathetically convert the failing and dilapidated hotel into 27 apartments and a restaurant, across 3 phases. Metamorph tasked Randell Design Group and King & Drury with the responsibility of returning The Royal to its former glory, and we are incredibly proud of our work on this ambitious regeneration.

Phase 2 (Main building): Seventeen apartments, completed March 2021
Phase 3 (Restaurant, bar, 5 apartments), due for completion April 2022

The Royal Reimagined.
