A contemporary family home.
 

Developed from a tired 1920's property, this site was transformed into a contemporary family home.

 

Having adapted the original building it had to be carefully stripped back to provide new structural support and accommodate the open-plan kitchen and living areas. With mixed use of masonry construction and a timber frame, this made for a very time efficient approach.
