Classic restoration meets 21st Century living.
King and Drury were contracted to restore this beautiful
Grade II listed home. Dating back to 1677 this country side home has been sympathetically restored and modernised to accommodate the latest in-home automation and contemporary living.
The project was phased to include a contemporary kitchen extension constructed of zinc and glass that complement the 16th century building.
Latin scripture above the door reads: “Gentle in manner bold in principle.”
The gallery below shows images of the first phase. The second phase on the garage conversion, glass link to the main house and basement, was completed in December 2023, with the third phase including the a gym, swimming pool, annex conversion and landscaping.
